Lake Lhota is one of the best-known natural swimming spots near Prague. It sits northeast of the city and its sandy shores make it feel like a straightforward summer escape.
The lake was created after sand extraction and covers roughly 25 hectares. Swimming is at your own risk, so keep an eye on children, be realistic about your stamina and follow current operator instructions.
