Trailpark Kyčerka / Traily Velké Karlovice: natural Wallachian trails without lift-served fuss

Kyčerka in Velké Karlovice now works more like a natural trail area than a classic lift-served bikepark. Expect smaller Wallachian trails, a start near Kyčerka parking and the need to check current trail status before travelling.

Who it suits

Kyčerka in Velké Karlovice is best treated as a natural trail area rather than a guaranteed lift-served bikepark. Older sources still use the name Bikepark Kyčerka, while newer trail sources use Traily Velké Karlovice and state that the T-bar has been out of operation since 2020.

It suits riders who enjoy smaller forest trails, do not mind climbing and want to combine Kyčerka with a wider Velké Karlovice or Javorníky ride.

Riding

Expect natural singletrack, flow sections, berms, jumps and occasional technical terrain. Known trail names in the area include Kantorka, Baďurka and Rezavý kotel, but current status should always be checked before riding.

Prices and operation

No clear official entry fee or bikepass was found at the last check. Do not count on lift access unless you confirm it directly. Treat the area as natural trails and check current status, closures and local rules before travelling.

Getting there

The starting point is Kyčerka parking in Velké Karlovice. Arriving by car is simplest, but Velké Karlovice can also be combined with public transport, seasonal cycle buses and the Bečva cycle route.

Watch out

The biggest issue is outdated information. Some older articles describe a lift-served bikepark, but current trail sources describe accessible and maintained trails with the T-bar out of operation. Ride only in dry conditions and bring helmet, tools, water and a repair kit.
